BRIAN HFriendly service and rental truck was ready to go. My only complaint is the utility dolly and other equipment that we rented online was not available at this location. We had to find a dolly ASAP to complete our move. If we are able to rent it online, then the pick-up centers should be prepared and have the equipment ready and/or notify you in advance if it isn't available.
Kassy CIn my rental ( 6x12 trailer) , we traveled from Springtown, TX. To Bartlett TN. At the rest stop west of Forest City AR. we discovered we had no running lights whatsoever on the trailer and no plate light ( only turn signals and break lights!!) ... I'm sorry but with still over 1 hour to drive to our destination, this was stressful as hell ... you'd think that at the price I paid for this trailer , that the lights would be in working order! Hell the young man the hooked the trailer up actually said my lights were good! ... I DEFINITELY didn't get what I paid for!! Personally, I think I should get a partial refund! I paid to get a trailer with working lights but your company didn't deliver the goods!!!!! To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement!!!!

David SSir/Madam, I always rent the UHAUL equipment when I need from a company in SRINGTOWN, Texas called CLIFF'S AUTO! Please allow me to say that I have been doing business with them for many years, it used to be Goodyear, years ago. I great service there, great personalities just a small town type atmosphere. I normally rent a car dolly from them & I drive about 12 miles to get there but it's the only shop I'm going to! THANK YOU for reading (true story) Charlie
CHARLES TThey had a grass field to leave the equipment. They were not open on Sunday. Luckily I had my adult son with me, when unhooking the trailer it started rolling down hill. We had to search for debris to chuck the wheel to prevent it from rolling into the gully.

John SI’m 67 with bad back and deadlift the trailer from the ground, causing my back to hurt making a hard time loading and unloading. The same age kid at drop off location did it all for me with a smile.

DEBRA MWe needed to sign a piece of paper and pick up the trailer, but we weren't acknowledged for almost 20 minutes. We had already driven 50 minutes out of our way, with no warning that we would be sent from our original location to this one because the original location didn't have our trailer. I don't want to blame this location for our dissatisfaction, but the overall experience was below par and took 2 hours out of what we already knew would be a very busy day. No one attempted to contact me about the location change. I have no missed calls or voicemails from that time, and no emails or texts referring to a change in location.

James FI was charged for fuel, I left it with the same if not more fuel than I got it with. I have a video of the fuel gauge during pickup if interested in making this right.
DUSTIN PThis was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. Frankly I'm not sure if I'll utilize U-Haul again. Made an online reservation for a 6x12 enclosed trailer. Went to pick it up and there wasn't one, the location saw where in the system it said had one reserved but they didn't have one. They called U-Haul who said they'd call us back. When I was called back was told that they found one for us. However, it was in Ft. Worth, going to pick it up there would have been over 60 miles round trip and would have added over 120 miles by the time it was returned. Asked if there was a way to waive the mileage fee on a small van. The agent told me she couldn't, ended up taking an open air trailer since had already had movers lined up to move items. Agent kept saying well I did find you the trailer that you're looking for. Had no compassion or the willingness to ensure our issue was resolved.
Mac HThe person who helped me lied about certain additional charges, put info in wrong which caused me to be charged nearly $50 extra, did not take any accountability for their mistakes and did not apologize for inconveniences.
