A great place to drop off at. Personnel helpful, courteous and and do all they can to assist. Would recommend for pickup or drop off. Thank you Cliff

Originally scheduled with another pick up location in Azle, TX. Very dissatisfied that UHaul never called to inform us of a pickup change 24 hrs in advance. This caused the labor hours and movers to be altered.

Great experience renting from U-Haul. Really like the internet check-in.

I can't think of anything that would require improvement. My experience was excellent! From pick up to drop off Cliffs Auto Service made things very easy

Online rental was a fiasco. Went to Azle because the website said that’s where available trucks were, selected a location and then got a call that a viable truck was only available on springtown. After back tracking to springtown, the guy that set up the rental asked explicitly if we were planning on bringing it back there and we said “No, we’re going to drop it off in Denton.” and sparked a conversation with another employee about leaving the middle of nowhere to get closer to civilization. Finished moving and dropped off the truck in Denton, and left the keys in what looked to be the drop box. The whole weekend passes before I get a call from the assistant manager in Denton saying the keys can’t be located to return this truck that’s supposed to be in springtown and it needs to be moved by 3pm today. The assistant manager Chad I spoke to had little sympathy in explaining the situation, more concerned about me manifesting keys to move a truck on his timeline than helping smooth out an ongoing fiasco. As a customer service representative myself, his handling of this felt accusatory and patronizing, which is not helpful in the least. I was told by Chad to call the original rental place and 1800GoUhaul, to let them know where the truck was and dispute the situation. The man I spoke with at Cliff’s seemed to suggest it was my fault it was not clarified that the truck was being dropped off in Denton and to just call the 1800 number to dispute since he couldn’t do anything about it. There were so many road bumps in the process of arranging the rental, renting and returning this that it’s laughable to suggest uhaul makes moving easier — this is now an ongoing headache. The only reason I rented a truck was because the online quote I saw was reasonably cheap, and yet I’m staring down the barrel of a bill 3-4x what id expected because of a series of blunders. Whoever does the bookings at Cliffs needs to listen to their customers when they explicitly state it’s a one way rental.

This is the 3rd 6x12 trailer I have towed in the last 5 months. It had a roll up door versus the double doors on the previous trailers. This one leaked after a rain storm. Every box near the back was wet and soggy. Also the packing blankets were wet and moldy when i hot them. Also I ordered 2 dozen but only 1 dozen was available at the time of pickup. Drop off location offered no assistance in uncoupling the trailer. This move was very unsatisfactory.

Can't think of a thing.

The air condition did not work in the truck. I expected a partial refund of which I haven't been notified of such. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone else.

make sure the air conditioning works in the truck before hitting the road. driving thru Texas with NO air conditioning is not recommended.

The guy at Cliff's Auto was a jerk. Very unpleasant and nasty. I wouldn't refer someone I hate to this place.

Excellent service.

To top everything off, you advertise that you will buy the boxes back, but when I returned them after using them one time I was told they could not be returned because they had been used !!!! That has got to be the biggest balls advertising I have ever seen in my entire life!!!!!
