Actually park the trucks on concrete or gravel… parking on grass when it’s raining caused a good amount of mud to be on the truck… not paying for ya cleaning on a vehicle kept in a grass/dirt lot..

HEATHER GI picked the truck up on empty causing me to add more miles then anticipated since I had to immediately take it to the gas station hoping I even made it. And then was attempted to be charged 30$ for returning it on empty. Personnel was not helpful at all and very dismissive to the issue
Sara JI had to stay at a hotel for the night because the light where no working . Because of broken wires. No reimbursement for that.
