Amy at one location I worked with was awesome, but the people at the tire store in spring town were unprofessional and did not care or want to deal with me when somehow the system used the wrong card on file. It was a huge mess and made my move 20x more stressful. The uhaul was dirty and sticky I had to clean it before putting my belongings in it. And I also don't see how it's fair to charge 500 times the prices just based on where they are moving.

1, location no car hauler was sent to location 2, were I was charged more for having to drive 8 miles to pickup car hauler. I didn't ask for run around. Uhaul called me I exchanged update information they did not tell me no car hauler at location 1 location 1 wasted my time to send me packing what person would appreciate the run around? I kept asking about reservation number and why it was ignored at location 2 and a new contract was made asking for more money. Was it my fault u haul did have a car hauler at location 1 who's responsibility was to to verify corporate knew there was a car hauler at location 1 yet the vendor sent me packing without a car hauler to another location who should have delivered location 1 a car hauler. This was a lesson learned and I am disappointed in slackers who make customers run around searching for equipment to help complete a job. It's sad when employees play games over honor and duty to offer help. Tie down chain lock bolt was not tight it separated during trip.

We asked for a walk through of the vehicle and were not allowed before signing the agreement. The reservation process was a mess. There were additional charges not explained. Not impressed with uhaul.

Quick in and out for pick up. Forgot packing blankets initially but had them ready on my return.

I made the reservation online and prepaid with the early check in. Somehow there was an error with the system when i picked up and I had to pay again. This put a hold on funds that were already claimed with my moving expenses and cost me 4 NSF with my checking account. I'm sure it was not the location's fault but the extra payment was refunded after a few business days, but my NSF charges were not. This made my experience not as good as I expected.

I contacted UHaul C.S. In December regarding an overcharge and they were going to call me back. I have yet to hear from them or see a credit reflected. We used the same truck for two hauls within the 5 day window but I was charged for two trips on that truck. I did have another truck that only made one trip.
