The condition of the trailer was good, just had some oil from a previous renter that was all over the front half of the trailer. I had to clean it up myself because I got home with the trailer, and we were running a tight schedule that day. I didn’t have the time to return it for another one. Next time, I’ll actually walk inside of it before leaving the lot. I do take responsibility for not doing that, they would have happily given me another trailer.

Jeffrey BEasy to work with and they had what I needed.
Jacob TThe location is good, they were helpful. The U-Haul app and customer service agents at your customer service number were generally unhelpful.
Melvin ICan't think of anything to improve. Did the check in through the phone app so I was checked in quickly. Returned the trailer after the location was closed so dropped the trailer where it was parked when I picked it up, closed out the rental using the phone app. and I was on my way quickly. No issues with anything.
