Very happy with this location and staff. Very clean and professional. Notified them of the condition of the truck and the mechanical issues and was assured they would be taken care of. I have no doubt they will be. Highly recommend this location.

Andy DI was disappointed because when I dropped the truck and trailer off, the guy insisted that I picked it up with just over 3/4 of a tank of gas. And I had a photo showing the gas gauge and it was just under 3/4 of a tank of gas. he insisted on charging me for the extra gas and then for extra mileage.

Erik MIf using 24 hr service be prepared for the pick up process to take 15-20 minutes using the app. U-Haul want a reference and employer. And they make you wait while they call them. Would be good if the app allowed this to be done ahead of time. Wear rain boots. The water puddles surrounding the truck were 4 inches deep!
Brian OI was charged 82 dollars after putting gas back in the truck. They should just keep the trucks full on pick up. Whoever assessed my truck ripped me off. Beware renting these.
ERIC CGuy that works at that storage facility was rude. Ramp didn’t work. Truck bed dirty. Truck old. Came with 1/4 tank like who does that…? The blond lady was nice.

Amy FThe check in and out process was exceptionally cumbersome. Way too much red tape. When I thought I was finally finished, you wanted a third party to contact and verify before I could complete the transaction. It would have been far better to just interact with the people at the facility and only deal with them even if I had to work within their operating hours. As it was, they had to help us out anyway. It would also be best to require a full tank of fuel instead of trying to guess how much to put in the tank in order to match what it started with.

Brett Mcharged me for 2 days because I dropped the truck off at 7pm. They lie to take more from customers, will never use them again. They had the truck at 7pm on 12/10 they lied and put we dropped it off at 9am on 12/11--NOT ACCURATE--Stealing from customers. Not a good business practice.

gary dWhen you use (sub-contractors) not an official uhaul location! Make sure they know what they are doing! I spent way too much time checking out (20 minutes) a was uncomfortable giving up to much private information!! Checking in the rental was even worse literally no help whatsoever all they could say was call 1-800-Uhaul or down the app!!! That’s how we do it know? The only thing you’re sub-contractors are interested in is extra revenue!! Not the customer and without customer you have no revenue!!!!! Your App is not easy and is really poorly done!
