They messed up my whole uhaul reservation and had me left out in the freezing cold for over 30 minutes waiting for help from another location because they were closed. Gave me the wrong key & truck that my contract didn't agree to.

Brett M.charged me for 2 days because I dropped the truck off at 7pm. They lie to take more from customers, will never use them again. They had the truck at 7pm on 12/10 they lied and put we dropped it off at 9am on 12/11--NOT ACCURATE--Stealing from customers. Not a good business practice.
