It is very hard to find because it is set way, way back from the road it's address is on, behind a small strip mall and with no signage visible on the main road to help find it. Adding a sign visible on the main road would change it from average to excellent!

Shermeka H.This location needs more help only one person trying to do everything, I ask the guy that was working there that the tires on the trailer was bad and that we were driving to Dallas, TX. and he said that you will make it to Dallas and said not in this bad weather it was raining and the tires were slick and he said call the 1800# for roadside assistance and said that's for you to do he didn't say nothing we drove off to load the trailer and notice something a knot on one of the tires I call roadside assistance they came out and replaced both tires the repair guy said we would of had a blowout or an accident due to the conditions of the tires and some of the running lights were out you all need to do better on servicing equipment.

I was charged for not being able to complete my rental on your online site at 1am in the morning in a dark parking lot with no security. I guess That's the way of the future.

Reginald C.They have incorrect and misleading information about their UHaul hours provided with the link through UHaul.com and at https://selfstoragebr.com/climate_location/college-dr/. I was disappointed to see that I was charged an after-hours service fee for dropping off my one-way UHaul rental on Thursday at 4:45 pm. We had completed our move and made an attempt to arrive before the web-posted closing time of 5pm, only to see a note on the door citing a 4pm close for UHaul. I saw an employee leave the storage unit office as my ride arrived to pick me up at 5pm, but the employee did not acknowledge me.
Daniel S.I rate it this way because of customer service after we were checked out instead of completing hooking us up and giving us an inspection so we can leave they sent us out to set up the trailer on our own then when I went back in to have them come show me what we were doing was correct, I found they had started another customer that came in after we were completed they made me wait till they completed checking them in and giving them their rental before going back and getting us on our way. It is a small location with only two employees but you would figure they would finish up with one customer before going to the next and then when I mentioned it the employee called me a profanity and told me not to be acting like I a d…. And I should not be in a hurry. Just terrible customer service.

Robin M.I had selected a different pick-up location. I have no idea why it changed to the college dr location. They did not have the dolly that I had also reserved. It was like no one paid any attention to what I wanted/expected when I reserved this truck. Oh, and the tire pressure warning light went off while I was driving through a torrential downpour with thunder and lightning. No way I was stopping to check tires. I had only been driving for about 1 hour and this happens. I was not satisfied at all with this rental.
Susan S.The equipment was clean and worked fine. However, the fuel gauge is broken indicating an empty fuel tank when it was actually filled up. This caused delays in our move due to the uncertainty of driving range and the need to constantly stop to top off the fuel tank.

Amy M.The individual working was great. However, this was my second experience with this particular uhaul location. The first experience resulted in my having to rent with an alternate company even after having a guaranteed reservation time. Regardless, my second attempt was great. The vehicle was ready although I did have to remind them about the appliance dolly. And the truck was quite dirty and smelled terrible. The price point was on the other hand fair in my opinion. I would rent again but while knowing that there is the possibility that my rental may not actually be ready and would have to go to a different vendor.
Jeffery J.My original order was NOT scheduled, and I did not receive a call from Baton Rouge scheduler that this was the case. 1.5 hours of panic as had no truck and crew of helpers, some who skipped work to help me, was on the way. Tiger Fuel LLC was designated pick up, did not receive order, had no truck and was mediocre at best in helping me. Climate Control of Louisiana saved the day!
Mike R.The truck I rented had horrible steering! It needs a wheel alignment asap. It steers off to the right and if you hold the actual steering wheel straight, you really turning right. To go straight, you have to hold the wheel left a bit

HE LIED ABOUT BEING REIMBURSED FOR MILAGE BECAUSE HE SENT US ALL THE WAY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR A DOLLY. WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANYMORE MONEY THERE!!! THEY SHOULDN'T CARRY THE U-HAUL NAME OR HE SHOULDN'T BE THERE!!!!!!!!!
