The service engine light was on the whole time which made me kinda nervous. The drop off procedurewas confusing. But overall, greatcexperience!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged for a furniture dolly but there were none available on pick up.
Roxanne TIt was difficult to find. The app instructions were easy to follow, but the facility was closed since I returned the truck on a Saturday a little after 5pm and it was closed.
Mayda FIn my opinion nothing needs to be changed at this time. The associate was very helpful and friendly during the hectic season of move in weekend at LSU. She was very professional. Thank you all for the excellent experience.
Geneva HWELL this place (U-Haul on College Drive , Baton Rouge , La.) was NOT well marked with the WAZE app that took me to the wrong location. This I beleive is not U-Haul's problem escept maybe they could try to fix it.
