It was difficult to find. The app instructions were easy to follow, but the facility was closed since I returned the truck on a Saturday a little after 5pm and it was closed.
Mayda FIn my opinion nothing needs to be changed at this time. The associate was very helpful and friendly during the hectic season of move in weekend at LSU. She was very professional. Thank you all for the excellent experience.
Geneva HWELL this place (U-Haul on College Drive , Baton Rouge , La.) was NOT well marked with the WAZE app that took me to the wrong location. This I beleive is not U-Haul's problem escept maybe they could try to fix it.
Laura LThe truck has to be given to the customer full of gas, not partially as it is impossible for the customer to bring it back exactly same amount. In my case it was 1/4 full, but I returned 1/2 full but I LOSE OUT on the money, not U-Haul. If it were less yes I would be charged. The BEST way to manage this is for U-Haul to ensure the trucks are fully fueled and returned fully fueled then there is no issue. Thanks for listening to this point. The manager was VERY HELPFUL and nice. This was a plus.
