Was overcharged and my U-Haul air did not work and the check engine light was on. when I arrived to the facility no one was initially able to give me the keys. Door in the back was making noises the whole time. needless to say I will not be using U-Haul ever again and I will be seeking compensation as I was overcharged and there was no thorough communication.

BETH SClean the inside of the cab of the truck side door had dirt on it and the windshield was dirty. Floor inside the cab could have been swept.
ALFRED DNo I wouldn’t not recommend this location because they charge me twice for a vehicle that was used only for a hour and brought back still with the same amount of gas and the same day don’t get me wrong the workers or very nice and helpful but no one tells you that they will charge you the same price to return the truck the same way it was when you took it
