The Uhaul app needs an overhaul. It took 20 minutes to get the app to accept the back of my license as a photo because it never would scan. This was an issue for everyone there that day. The web based app also kept crashing when uploading before photos of the truck. I arrived at 10a.m. and didn't leave until 10:41a.m.
Josh RThe building is hard to find because there is no sign at College Dr. The GPS takes you to the back of the property at a closed gate. Terrible.
Ross GThe people were wonderful. The first truck I rented leaked water all over my stuff between my old location to storage because it rained and the truck has a bad leak in the cargo area. The second time I rented this month the truck smelled so bad inside that everywhere I went someone said I smelled bad and I don't go places smelling bad like old cigarettes after a long night at a bar and mold. Again nothing against the workers but the equipment was horrible compared to my previous experiences with uhaul. Id say the equipment I rented two separate times this month was the worst I've ever had from uhaul in the years I've rented from you all. Have a good day
JOSHUA VFirst of all there's nothing i like more than a fare and square deal. UHaul, specifically this location has always made things easy for me. Moreover, it's just a good business model. In a day and age where everyone is trying to squeeze another hundred dollars out of you, Uhaul just wants you to pay for what you use. I can really appreciate that. If all I want is a truck so some college kids can help me move nobody is trying to charge me two grand. Uhaul gets my business every time. Period.
