David SThe low tire light was on and I went in to ask the really nice lady at the desk and she said it was just a sensor. I get that. But it sure is alarming when you are driving a long distance. She said "don't worry about it". It would have been nice to have the sensor light turned off or at least mention it when we were checking out.

KEMA ELady working the desk when I picked up my truck was completely rude and combative for no reason! I was shocked at the way she was treating a customer right off the bat from me saying I had a reservation. She definitely should not be working in any type of job dealing with customer relations!
Debbie GI registered on-line, so I would not have to wait. Answered all questions, photo of drivers license insurance, etc. Drove three hours to the location and had my registration receipt in my hand. I gave the young lady my name and she could not find my registration so I gave her my online registration. She kept staring at the computer and I asked if she found it and she said yes but she said there was an "ALERT" on it, No explanation, said she never saw one before and I could not understand why my detailed registration had an ALERT. She called her manager and answered his questions...was I a mover? I only was going 10 miles total and would have it for no more than 4 hours. When the ALERT worked out (no one ever told me what that meant), she asked me questions that I had already answered on my on-line registration such as: did I want Insurance (which I noted yes on registration form and it was listed in my invoice, how far was I driving, hoe long would I have it? etc. WHY did I take the time to do the on-line registration if I had to answer the exact same questions when I arrived. She seemed new to the job and if that is true, she received poor training. Truck served the purpose I needed, clean, nut I think the transmission is going out.

ADAM BWe had a problem locating the site. There were no signs at the main road to show that the site was located way down the driveway which was way down the driveway which could not be seen at road. Check out through the app because site was closed was a breeze.
DAVID CMake sure previous client cleaned vehicle after departure. There was rice in the back of the truck. Someone left cigarette buds in the door. And the floors were stained by something. There was no gas in the truck. I had to push back my reservation almost 3 hours because the vehicle was not available for pickup at my original scheduled time. While I was able to get through these inconveniences, someone else might not be able to. The vehicle did work perfectly fine and it helped speed up my moving process, but these various issues caused major delays on my plans today.
Melanie WI still have not gotten my money back from U-Haul the said the rental was 29 dollars and with some fees it came out to 59 dollars but charged me 100 dollars and never gave me back my 49 dollars

EMERSON SThey charged me taxes twice. They also charged me 1/3 for what I paid for the rental services just for going over 3mi(18 total) of my estimated 15mi usage. Not cool at all

Tasha RMake the location staff do the truck review, pictures, gas tank, cabin, photos at pickup and drop off times. If after business hours, the customer can do it. It literally took 20-25 minutes to upload pictures and fill out questions on my phone. Terrible customer service!

KEVIN BThere was a smoked cigarette left in one cup holder from the previous renter and melted sticky candy wrapper in the other. There were ashes in the ash tray. There was nothing that I had seen saying this was a smoking truck. This should be communicated due to people being asthmatic which my son and I are.

Nelson SPlease give clear directions on how to access this location. Google maps and Waze both directed to the wrong locations. It's a little tricky to find this location. I should have called first. They were very helpful once I called.

DARRYL DI was told online that I would be able to get a 20' U-Haul. I was reserving online and the first location I checked said they didn't have any. So when I pulled up the college location they said they did. When I went to pick it up, they then gave me a 15' truck and said that they never have 20'. Then they proceed to tell me that my rental is for 4 days. That it was policy for trips that were as far as I was traveling. I only wanted it 2 days and returned it in less than 48 hours to the Orlando location. The Orlando store said they had never heard of such a thing. Very discouraging, probably won't rent from you again if this is the case.

TOMMIE Myour UHAUL APP sucks. it would not connect and allow me to quickly depart. after almost 2 hours on hold waiting for assistance, and after all my help had left me, i got the truck.
ross gThe only issue I had was that my reservation was canceled, and I had to call to make another reservation, but the customer service rep took care of it quickly. This was my son's first time using a U-Haul truck to move, and everything went smoothly. Thank you!
Jennifer FAccess driveway was difficult to find. Not well marked Used mobile pickup and drop off at both locations. I did personally interact with personnel at drop off. Ap crashed mid drop off. At checkin I reached out to site directly for assistance since they were closed. I was directed to an 800 interactive number
Michelle PHave all the supplies/equipment requested on site. Have a better system of communicating with customers and giving updates on how adjustments have been made with customer knowing about the update before arriving and finding out in the moment something was changed/altered with the reservation. Communication/Logistics is not great, to say if something is not done on the customer end, its our lost and a ton of fees will be accrued.
Kawanda LU haul as a company sucks! I will not rent from U haul again! I received a phone call the night before my rental was due to be picked up, 7:30pm. This phone call was to inform me that the U haul a reserved a month in advance was not available because it was down for maintenance. I was directed to another U haul place that had the truck I had reserved. The next morning, I arrived at the second location only to learn that they aren't open on weekends. I called U Haul, the lady was very nice on the phone. She directed us back to the original location!!! Discounted the mileage from $1.09 to 0.89 cents for my troubles.. BIG discount, hahaha, I drove the truck a total of 10 miles! When we arrived at the original location, the guy had no idea what we were talking about. He guy was a smart ass, but very helpful. Using the app sucks!!! I had the use the app to check in the truck when we returned it, the guy was at lunch. When taking a picture, the frame goes black, there is no option to go back or reset the camera. The QR code on the check in box brings you the U haul website with no instructions. After needing to exit the app, because it was frozen, my reservation went away. I was not able to complete the check in process.
