UHaul changed our pickup location last minute. This was not expected with and thank goodness we looked at our text. Nothing in email changed the pickup location! It was 15 miles further North.GREGORY H.

It took 47 minutes to rent the stinking truck. The girl couldn't get the tablet to work and kept mumbling that they had been told to use it by Uhaul. She also kept serving customers as they came in delaying even longer. If she had checked us in in 10 minutes we would have had the van back by 6.00 closing. The lady at the counter was pleasant, but not as well versed on the system, as one would need to be to run the rental station without a little assistance. Professional and friendly, she made it happen. In the future they should leave her the number to traffic so they can walk her through the process.michael S.

The rep didn't even come out and walk the trailer with us, but signed that it was all good. She was very rude. I left with no lights on the trailer, she said not her responsibility to have long enough cord. It was a hardware store & she didn't even offer to sell us one!! Partly our fault but one of the tires we noticed after being on the interstate had cords showing so we prayed the rest of our 400 mile trip!! Won't be renting U-Haul again. Too many other companies that care about their customers and their safetyBill R.
