Nothing,they were very helpful. They were very kind and courteous. They helped me with everything, hooked up my trailer and helped me load my Jeep on the trailer. Also, I received it a free upgrade from a 10-ft box truck to a 20 ft truck. Thank you for all the help.

The location changed from an actual UHAUL dealer to a third party. While I have no issue with that happening the location turned out to be in a smoke shop. No assistance was offered to hookup to the vehicle. Also when I was set to return the equipment the shop wasn’t open and I couldn’t get a receipt for said equipment. I believe that third party locations and vendors should be vetted a little more carefully.
