It is a gross pot store. There was a lot of confusion during the drop off procedure where the store told us to take the auto transporter to another location. They told us this when we were out of the truck and unhooking it. We did as they asked but then the U-Haul traffic people threatened to charge us thousands and thousands of dollars for dropping it off at the wrong location. She was very rude. She refused to give me her superiors name and finally forwarded my pall to customer service. That person was very kind and was able to solve my problem. We didn’t have to pick the auto transporter up and return it to the site and we were not charged thousands and thousands of dollars either. I would not rent from Cloud 954 again. I did not appreciate the customer service we received from the traffic lady.
