The embroiling with phone rep/ website , is great if employing customers workflow capacity to provide more reasonable rental rates. That was not my experience at pos endpoint , regarding actual price point. I am willing to provide reach for companies as long as I see value , yet rates have steadily increased with Uhaul above market tandems.
Kendall CThis location does not have the supplies ordered. I had to go to another location for the blankets!!! This is very inconvenient especially at a time when customers obviously have a lot to do. This is not the fault of the location, I suspect, but more of a deficiency of the U-Haul operation.
Donna CThe location did not provide the equipment that was reserved for my U-Haul. They lied and told me I had to pick it up myself at another location. The equipment had already been paid for in my reservation, but they were simply too lazy to assemble it. When I went to the other location, I was told I had to pay again and create a new equipment reservation. I was billed twice for equipment I was supposed to receive initially. The owner of the store cloud 9five4 was not helpful at all. Thankfully U-Haul refunded the fee.
Sergio Tthe U Haul dealer in FLL was located in a headshop selling weed, water pipes and sex toys. They did not have the packing blankets needed, requiring us to go to another seller. Not impressed.
