I rented a van from this U-Haul location and it was one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. When I picked up the van, the cargo area smelled like something had died in it. There was a foul odor throughout the vehicle, and the back was covered in what appeared to be dried egg, food residue, and other disgusting debris. I was transporting items for charity and had to put cardboard down to protect the donations from being ruined. The attached photos clearly show the condition of the van at pickup. The vehicle was not properly cleaned, inspected, or prepared for a customer. I was told this was the only van available, leaving me with no choice but to take it. To make matters worse, the employees appeared to be outside getting high and showed absolutely no concern when I raised the issue. Customer service was no help either. I called to report the condition and billing problems, yet I was still overcharged. The mileage was not entered correctly, and the return process was a nightmare because the app wasn't working when I dropped off the vehicle. Between the filthy condition of the van, the terrible customer service, the billing discrepancies, and the broken return process, this was completely unacceptable. I have photos documenting the vehicle's condition at pickup and would strongly recommend that customers inspect any vehicle carefully before leaving the lot. Very disappointing experience. I expected far better from U-Haul.

That was not my experience at pos endpoint , regarding actual price point. I am willing to provide reach for companies as long as I see value , yet rates have steadily increased with Uhaul above market tandems.
Kendall CThis location does not have the supplies ordered. I had to go to another location for the blankets!!! This is very inconvenient especially at a time when customers obviously have a lot to do. This is not the fault of the location, I suspect, but more of a deficiency of the U-Haul operation.
