Sally GUnfortunately, the website for this location said they would be open on Easter Sunday, however, when we arrived we found a note on the door stating they were closed for the holiday.
LESLIE NI apologize I don't remember their names but the staff was great. I was in and out in no time. I wish we could hire staff like that.
ARCHIE BThere was only 17 miles to empty left on the truck. Please make sure these are at least somewhat filled up.
ROBERT PThe vehicle was dirty, most of my stuff had alot of dirt from how dirty the back of the truck was.
Daniel GPain in the ass to do it with just photographing the car and nobody on site at 9:00am, but I suppose it did work.
Jason GThe front desk attendant misunderstood me when I told them the mileage I was driving. When I returned the vehicle & corrected the attendant they then informed me of additional charges. That was mildly irritating.
TIMOTHY LWhen returning the truck the employee was cleaning the restroom she told us to wait while she finishes cleaning the restroom we were there waiting for 15 minutes. I guess cleaning the restroom was more important than taking care of the customer.

ROBERT CWhen I got the truck it said there was a low tire. Those are things that should have been taken care of before renting the truck out because uneven tire balances can suck down more fuel and I feel it cost me a little more then it should have due to this. Otherwise I have no complaints

DAVID MAfter having trouble with the mobile pickup app (and after creating a duplicate reservation), the staff member onsite helped me get everything straightened out and I was on my way. Please make that App easier to use!!
DAVID WCharged me 15 dollars for insurance and never mentioned it or gave me the option to decline it. Didn’t see it until my final receipt was emailed to me. Really not happy about that. Truck also had low air pressure warning for left rear, when brought up before leaving explanation was the “sensor was bad”. Didn’t want to investigate further.
MICHAEL G1st truck had a check engine light on and I was driving 900 miles. 2nd truck was old and dirty. They only had one dolly and no moving blankets. You should avoid using their U-Haul trucks.

Paul FHire customer service oriented people who follow company policy and procedures when renting a truck and returning a truck. I have rented multiple trucks and never received a fuel charge because they did not accurately document the gas from the previous driver. My time has been wasted with this matter because uhaul is not training employees at this location

Wayne KYour company should not charge a customer for another full day for having the rental for a couple extra hours. I got charged double for everything even the mileage. I should be able to rent out the truck for a full day for the same price
Mohamed ABrakes on vehicle need to be addressed. Should be made clear that if vehicle not picked up at exact time, reservation must be refreshed.

STEVEN Jthe trunck was a mess! the base was full of sand! We had to clean it before we moved our stuff
Mohamad GTruck Cargo bed was dirty. It had potting soil throughout the cargo bed floor. I had to sweep it out prior to loading my furniture in it. Other than that, there were not issues with the truck. The attendant at my pickup location was extremely nice, polite, and professional.
Jaime NI did easy peasy early morning pick up via the mobile app. It was very user friendly even for a 60's something like myself, no problems at pick up or drop off.
