Tom G.Very slow!!! Girl at counter couldn't check me in. Had to wait 10 minutes for another employee to come up and do it. He too, very slow. 25 minutes at facility to return your truck!!!
Paul F.Hire customer service oriented people who follow company policy and procedures when renting a truck and returning a truck. I have rented multiple trucks and never received a fuel charge because they did not accurately document the gas from the previous driver. My time has been wasted with this matter because uhaul is not training employees at this location
