The customer service at that location was top-tier. The ladies answered every single question that I had any concerns that I had they address them. They went over and beyond. I will definitely be going back to that particular location in the future for service..

A little frustrating start to the morning because our reservation was not set up for mobile check in so we had to wait for the facility to open. Once they opened we had to wait additional time for someone to come in that could check us in and then we were told the truck was returned with less than a 1/4 tank of gas and that it would be our responsibility to return it full. The staff did accommodate a discount for us and it all worked out with the movers we had scheduled to help us, but it was just not as smooth of a pick-up as we thought it would be.
