This was arguably one of the most stressful rentals I have ever paid for across all sectors; house's, cars, trucks, equipment. I honestly could not believe the hoops I had to jump through to simply rent a truck. From changing my pickup location within 24 hours, switching my pickup time without notice, and sending me too the wrong pick-up location in the deep south end of Chicago only to force me to uber to another location 15 minutes away where the truck wasn't even available is both disheartening and disappointing. It got to the point where I had to rebook my pickup that morning. And on top of all of that the equipment I had ordered wasn't even in the truck thus making the move harder and as a byproduct damaging my household items some to the point where I had to throw them away. This is a company I will NEVER use again. Thanks, Uhaul.. Certainly, did not live up to their mission statement 'provide a better and better product and service to more and more people at a lower and lower cost.' just disappointing. One positive is the staff did their best to help, or maybe, thats just what they are paid to do

At first I thought this mobile check out experience was going to be a disaster like past experiences. I was very surprised to navigate so easily. However I still need someone to contact me about my 50.00 change (last minute)reservation fee.
