THOMAS DWhen I picked up the uhaul it had cigarette ashes all in it and blunt guts and wraps. I was disappointed because not only do I not smoke, but i am 5 months pregnant and was driving with two children in the uhaul. My 16 month old spilled some kool aid and i cleaned it up. I even clraned up som of the previous mess cuz it bothered me

BEN LTo email a customer to let them know that you have changed their pick-up location!!! We have several around our area but U-haul chose to pick one that was 45 minutes away and almost didn't make it until they closed besides the extra cost of gas and time!
