The location was at a repair shop with no committed rental area…the guy who helped me insisted that I let him check me out instead of me doing it on the app. Although the truck was clean, adequately fueled and inside the mileage parameters, I was charged an extra $40…not sure why.

We had two flat tire on the freeway one hour after leaving the pick up location. One was a blowout and the second was a nail in the tire. Had to wait over 2 hrs on the fwy shoulder for U-Haul to come change the tires
