The site is not inviting, there was no one there. The door was locked you have to call . They ask if thr truck is clean and has gas. Just park it and put the key in the orange box. This was at 1pm . They don't open until 12noon.Then they charge me for gas and after hour return. What you can do to improve this location is to shut it down.
JAMES MI was charged an after-hours service fee when I dropped the key off the evening before the truck was due back. They could have processed the drop off when they opened the next day. Outrageous rip-off.

mark RI ordered a dolly and it was not included. I am waiting to get reimbursed. I never got a call to confirm my reservation. The office hours are ridiculous at the Colington location.
Katherine OPlace of business did not open until noon. Fortunately for me the owner was onsite early, called me and allowed me to pick up early if I came right then. Otherwise no one on site until noon.
Tony WLimited hours of operation and when you drop the truck off after the hours of operation (closing time is at 4 pm) you get charged at an after hours admin fee that no one tells you about.

THOMASSCOTT JTheir office closed at 4 and I called early to ask if I could drop off at 5:30 which was the contract time and was told YES, I was never advised there would be a $20 after hours charge, Not happy. I would like that credited back or waived. Thank you.
Dennis BI have rented a Uhaul truck in each of the last 3 years. The contracts for the 2 previous rentals included 750 miles, then 49 cents per mile for anything over that. This time, for reasons that have yet to be explained, they changed my contract WITHOUT my approval, gave me no free miles and charged me $1.09 /mile. The cost was more than TWICE what was the previous 2 years, though the mileage was similar. I was promised a call from a field manager 4 days ago, but have not heard from anyone at Uhaul. I will be contacting my bank to initiate a charge-back on my credit card. This is bulls#^t.
WM BNothing, everything was absolutely perfect there, I had issues online but he saved the day and finished it on site, great service, thats why we only use his shop

Carol AThe gentlemen onsite was dutiful in following up on my pending pick up. We communicated what time I would be there. When I got there, he was out. I called his number and he was at lunch (I would have come at a different time had he told me that). I ended up sitting in the hot parking lot for an hour before he returned. Frustrating when you are trying to leave town.

SUSAN HNo one was there. Had to call and wait 30 minutes for him to show up. Place is a dump. Had to take a different trailer than I had reserved a this location did not have what I ordered.

Michael MGas was not where it said it was and was charged a gas fee for the incorrect amount being in the system upon pick up. Owner at this location did not check the photos I uploaded and charged me a gas fee.
WILLIAM SNo one was at the drop off location but the phone number and key drop off box made it easy to return the UHaul.
RITA VI dropped off the U-Haul and they were closed and I did a virtual drop.. there were no issues except the data on my phone was a little sparse so it took a while to upload pictures.
