Stephen P.Destination drop off falsely represented Uhaul. Refused drop off after 4 pm when my contract said 5. Got charged for after hours drop off anyway. Complete BS and wasted 20 minutes of my time to sort with Uhaul Corp. Destination reception was clearly inept and provided no assistance, just said to go somewhere else. Ended up dropping the trailer off there anyway per Corp directions. Ended up doing this after sunset by myself. What a hassle after a long day.
Richard M.The location was fine. The problem was the truck was supposed to be picked up in Norfolk, VA when reserved. I had to drive to North Carolina to pick up the truck and to Chesapeake to pick up the trailer.
