The site is not inviting, there was no one there. The door was locked you have to call . They ask if thr truck is clean and has gas. Just park it and put the key in the orange box. This was at 1pm . They don't open until 12noon.Then they charge me for gas and after hour return. What you can do to improve this location is to shut it down.

I was charged an after-hours service fee when I dropped the key off the evening before the truck was due back. They could have processed the drop off when they opened the next day. Outrageous rip-off.

mark RI ordered a dolly and it was not included. I am waiting to get reimbursed. I never got a call to confirm my reservation. The office hours are ridiculous at the Colington location.
Katherine OPlace of business did not open until noon. Fortunately for me the owner was onsite early, called me and allowed me to pick up early if I came right then. Otherwise no one on site until noon.
