I received the vehicle 3/4 tank full, Esther than completely full. It was very difficult for me to fill the tank to 3/4 full when I returned it. I had to guess how much gas it would take for 3/4 tank. Unfortunately I put too much gas in, which ended up costing me more money and no refund was given for the extra gas I put in. Very mad! 😠

The gas tank wasn't completely full when I picked it up, it was between 3/4 and full. I did completely fill it up before I returned the truck. I would have preferred picking it up in the original location, but the location was changed, it worked out fine though. The air conditioner worked great, that was nice.
JOEL RBetter signage about where to go to for U-Haul drop off and pickup would be great. Also, the staff was a bit slow and confused about whose role it was to run things.
