This location was fine. There were no issues accessing the vehicle. My problem is with the original location of pick up in Highlands Ranch. I was given a vehicle that was blocked in by returned vehicles with no way to access it. When on call with customer service, they were unable to get me a vehicle at that location and transferred me to this one. I had very limited time to move and this process took up 2hrs of my time. It was very frustrating and impacted the rest of my move.
Jacquelyn NThe location was fine except the trucks were backed up to an area that was home to wasp nests. It was therefore difficult to get the keys out of the back of the truck when I first got there. Someone needs to spray that area so no one gets stung.

Kimberly VThis location did the best they could to resolve the issue that there was no trailer to turn in at their location because it had been left in Lake city Florida where it was towed after the wheel almost came off. Somehow, someone they talked to put that it arrived in Colorado when it didn't.
Wayne MPersonnel were very thorough in their van check but very kind and realistic where we bumped into deadlines and extra cost possibilities. After 9 days on some very rough roads, I was relieved that all came through intact and unbroken. Thank you for a satisfying and successful experience.
