Place was closed when we dropped off. Kind of a small area, but it all worked out. Area seems nice and clean, and the storage units looks well maintained.

Brianna SThe given combination for the key lock did not work. After messaging with customer service for 40 minutes, I was given over 6 different combinations to try on all of the locks, and none of them worked. I requested a different location, but was given a phone number that was not open for business for another hour. I asked the chat to cancel and refund my reservation, but have not been refunded the $85.27 so far. This cancellation also made me have to cancel my movers and was charged a fee from them. Overall, I've lost money and time, and I still have a household of furniture that I still need to move. I was told that a manager was going to reach out to me, but no one has yet. At this point I just want my money back.
Stefanie II rented unit online payment received gate code and unit access had U-Haul took first load dropped went to get second load. Red locked out.went. to ask people were very nasty and rude.said I could not be there need to be out by 430. Said I had been evicted from different location. Was supposed to return U-Haul.could not it was full. Got charged for another day. They said they reimbursed my account.they did not.so with no money had to find another storage. Still have load in truck.they have been nothing but rude.cslling me a liar.costing me money I don't have and time.the e iction they referred to was not in my name period.imvsimply trying to get my belongings. They went as far as to call my second contact- my daughter, be rude and hang up on her! I have been nothing but kind and try to get my belongings. I do not have a vehicle and they are now telling me I can't get my things until monday.and still have not reimbursed my account.they went as far as to yell at me!. Certainly I just wanted to move my things,yet again and pay more money I don't have just to be decietful. You'd think Ithey knew me and I had done them personally and wrong or something!! Never again will I use this business.

JULEAH BAfter struggling to get the key out of the box due to the very large plastic piece attached to the key jamming it it, I returned the truck after 5 hours, I had rented it for 2 days, but returned it early with nothing wrong with it and was charged for “damage or missing”. The ONLY thing I didn’t do was top off the gas because I used it for 5 hours. so total I paid close to 300$ for 5 hours and there was no damage to the truck. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst moving experience I’ve had
Madelynn BStrangest UHaul location I've ever been to. Thought I was parking the truck in an apartment complex. Only two other vehicles there parked in a driveway. Location was clean and well lit.
MARK BShowed up before closing but place was closed. Called a few times because we have questions, but no one answered. We figured out what we had questions on, but the store being open would have made it easier.

kimberly uOverall experience deserves a negative rating. I spent 4 1/2 hrs trying to use online reservations only to complete the process in the office. When I returned the vehicle, the office was closed and the online processes did not work. I spent over an hour on hold for customer service only to be disconnected. Your online process SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ROBERT P | Overall ExperienceWay too many glitches for picking up or returning trucks. Took about an hour to pick up and about the same for return. It would error out and make me start over again. What a nightmare! I got really ticked off. Uhaul really needs to improve their online service pick up and return. When I returned the truck I had to start over 4 times! And it made me retake pictures everytime. I was really disgusted to say the least. Very poor service.

Margaretann C | Overall ExperienceWhy do you need to call 3 different people to confirm im picking up a vehicle? i was the main person but my driver got the call first then me and they asked for a third don't know why and it was at least 5 min between calls. Ian called my third person to confirm and then we never heard from him again, sat for 20 min then called customer hotline(support) and we were good to go Ian never gave us the code for the key box, so we were there an HOUR trying to get this vehicle. The location was great!! Your people on the phone need to complete a teansaction. POOR SERVICE FROM IAN
Ryan MThe office is in an apartment neighborhood down a narrow lane where a group of storage units are located. I called and left two detailed messages during the day for someone to call me back with the time their location closed and was never called back. I arrived around 6pm only to see a locked facility with 5pm closing. The area at the office was too narrow to turn my truck and trailer around to not block the entrance to the self storage. I ended up waiting for a good Samaritan storage patron to show up who agreed to help me unhitch the trailer and manually move it to a safe spot. U-Haul instructions for after-hours procedure were excellent and allowed me to to finish my business with a sense that things were complete. Thank you for the videos and easy photo process that gave me confidence you had what you needed. Please tell the folks at this storage location to answer their phones!!

Shawna RLet your customers know that if they are late that your reservation could and will be canceled. And to give a full print out receipt on what charges there are. Instead of just the total.

I will not be returning my business and I encourage people who are looking for a structured establishment do the same. Very disappointing.

terry sThe location and Stefanie were AWESOME but the cargo trailer itself was the worst I've EVER rented from UHaul. This is not fault of the woman that helped me, just poorly maintained equipment. Couldn't drive more than 45 mph on highway because cargo trailer needed work desperately. Turned my 12 hour drive into 18 hrs! I've already called UHaul to hopefully make this right so we will see. Again, the location and service were TOP NOTCH in Colorado and customer service doesn't get better than Stefanie at this location....the trailer was just JUNK though! Should be someone checking these things before such a long journey/rental. Hoping UHaul makes this right because an 18 hour trip was not my plan and I was NOT HAPPY to have 6 extra hours put on my journey!
Adele TAdvise them to go to a location that customer service staff familiar with the uhaul system. I also paid $20 more for my trailer at this location than I would've payed a couple miles away at another location.

Amanda GRepresentative was extremely abrasive/rude. First contract had to be reversed because they didn’t check the truck beforehand. Ended up having to pay twice (although the rep on the phone did redact the first payment...which I should get back in 5 days?)

randal eEmployees were very nice but the trailer we picked up was completely covered in ice from the previous renter. So much that i had to chip it all off with a huge pry bar just to do my inspection and found damage to the trailer under the ice. Third party locations don’t seem to inspect trailers between renters.
Michael MStaff were extremely helpful! Great service. The U-Haul system wasn't working up to standard, as it wouldn't let me purchase safe-tow insurance. However, the staff handled the situation well and professionally.

ROSEMARY MI was told where to drop the truck off the day before. I dropped off at 7:15 am which was 1.5 hours early on the actual truck rental and issues I had obtaining the truck in the first place. The truck ran great the entire trip.

Brian MThis location was fine. The lady was nice. HOWEVER this was a particularly awful experience trying to rent a small auto transport to haul our US ARMY son's Jeep Wrangler to his new duty station in Colorado Springs CO (Fort Carson) from Sonora Texas. We had to drive the Jeep 127 miles in order to find an auto transport trailer. We were not given a military discount (we are both retired Air Force) despite being offered it (military discount) in San Angelo when we initially made the reservation. THEN we could not drop the trailer off outside Fort Carson at the closest U-Haul site when we arrived in Colorado Springs the day after we hooked the trailer onto our pickup and headed north, but had to drop the trailer off 25 miles away from our son's home. We also were NOT offered the special rate that was being offered to get Trailers and other U_Haul equipment to certain destinations due to a shortage. Colorado was one of the shortage states. The people on the phone were NOT helpful and did not understand that our 2018 F-150 could EASILY tow our son's Jeep Wrangler. It can tow 10,000 lbs. What a poor experience on the phone. Five years ago we also towed our son's Jeep to Alabama from Texas after he returned from Afghanistan. We used one of your competitors and did not have any trouble at all. We don't believe your phone representatives are trained very well.

Kim WI was charged $168.03 for a truck that was supposed to be no charge. My reservation was never right. I never even got the truck on the day I reserved it and I was promised by several u-haul employees that I would NOT be charged for the truck I got the following day. I have not once signed any paperwork at all for anything. This is outrageous and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as well as posting on every social media site I have about he poor customer service and overall horrible experience I had with u-haul if this is not remedied TODAY
