Why do you need to call 3 different people to confirm im picking up a vehicle? i was the main person but my driver got the call first then me and they asked for a third don't know why and it was at least 5 min between calls. Ian called my third person to confirm and then we never heard from him again, sat for 20 min then called customer hotline(support) and we were good to go Ian never gave us the code for the key box, so we were there an HOUR trying to get this vehicle. The office is in an apartment neighborhood down a narrow lane where a group of storage units are located. I called and left two detailed messages during the day for someone to call me back with the time their location closed and was never called back. I arrived around 6pm only to see a locked facility with 5pm closing. The area at the office was too narrow to turn my truck and trailer around to not block the entrance to the self storage. I ended up waiting for a good Samaritan storage patron to show up who agreed to help me unhitch the trailer and manually move it to a safe spot. U-Haul instructions for after-hours procedure were excellent and allowed me to to finish my business with a sense that things were complete. Thank you for the videos and easy photo process that gave me confidence you had what you needed. Please tell the folks at this storage location to answer their phones!!JIMMY RAY S.

The location and Stefanie were AWESOME but the cargo trailer itself was the worst I've EVER rented from UHaul. This is not fault of the woman that helped me, just poorly maintained equipment. Couldn't drive more than 45 mph on highway because cargo trailer needed work desperately. Turned my 12 hour drive into 18 hrs! I've already called UHaul to hopefully make this right so we will see. Again, the location and service were TOP NOTCH in Colorado and customer service doesn't get better than Stefanie at this location....the trailer was just JUNK though! Should be someone checking these things before such a long journey/rental. Hoping UHaul makes this right because an 18 hour trip was not my plan and I was NOT HAPPY to have 6 extra hours put on my journey!Adele T.

Employees were very nice but the trailer we picked up was completely covered in ice from the previous renter. So much that i had to chip it all off with a huge pry bar just to do my inspection and found damage to the trailer under the ice. Third party locations don't seem to inspect trailers between renters.Michael M.

This location was fine. The lady was nice. HOWEVER this was a particularly awful experience trying to rent a small auto transport to haul our US ARMY son's Jeep Wrangler to his new duty station in Colorado Springs CO (Fort Carson) from Sonora Texas. We had to drive the Jeep 127 miles in order to find an auto transport trailer. We were not given a military discount (we are both retired Air Force) despite being offered it (military discount) in San Angelo when we initially made the reservation. THEN we could not drop the trailer off outside Fort Carson at the closest U-Haul site when we arrived in Colorado Springs the day after we hooked the trailer onto our pickup and headed north, but had to drop the trailer off 25 miles away from our son's home. We also were NOT offered the special rate that was being offered to get Trailers and other U_Haul equipment to certain destinations due to a shortage. Colorado was one of the shortage states. The people on the phone were NOT helpful and did not understand that our 2018 F-150 could EASILY tow our son's Jeep Wrangler. It can tow 10,000 lbs. What a poor experience on the phone. Five years ago we also towed our son's Jeep to Alabama from Texas after he returned from Afghanistan. We used one of your competitors and did not have any trouble at all. We don't believe your phone representatives are trained very well.ROBERT G.
