Pick up was smooth and easy.
James WThe lady that helped me at Ace Hardware to get the truck was great she was friendly, very apologetic, and helpful but the U-Haul service was HORRIBLE it took us over a hour in the store after I had made the reservation online…they took $20 twice from my account that was not put towards my purchase so out $40 because she had to keep unbooking and booking back my appointment and it charged me $20 everytime also the lady had to call U-Haul and be on hold 3 different times for someone to finally help her get everything figured out..it was a horrible experience but not from Ace or the lady there it was strictly U-Haul that was horrible !!! Will not use again !!!
