The owner of the location was extremely unhelpful. Then the truck had a hole in the ceiling and all tires were low in air. We asked if we could use another truck and the owner said no because he only had 15 foot trucks, rather than the 10 foot we were renting. We tried to put air in the tires but his machine only took quarters and we had no way to get quarters.

the person responsible to provide the keys was not professional
Vinicius SI am hoping for a 30 refund. 1st I was booked at Hillsboro Which I could walk too. I get a call 1 day before which required an uber $18 since I could have walked. I was charged $12 for a dolly that was not on the truck. I tried to tell the cashier after I was given the keys but he was busy and I was pressed for time. I would appreciate a credit of $30.
