I have used many locations for many years. I am a real estate broker. This guy tried to say that we did not put the gas inside the vehicle and we did. In the beginning, he built $100 and later he tried to bill $141 another charge of $65 approximately. He is a rip off I would never go back to him ever again. Don’t do it. Go to other locations he’s not worth a hassle. His equipment to register me didn’t work I think that was just a set up so that he could try to bill me more money. He’s a scammer!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe showed up and pre ordered the Appliance Dolly (they did not have at the store), the regular dolly (they did have), and furniture pads (I paid for 24 and we were only given 5). I pre ordered the accessories to help with the move and they did not have them at the location. I was also told I would receive a refund for the accessories that they did not provide, and I did not.

MARK RIt’s a little shady, but it’s OK. Not a place that particularly wanted to leave my car. Being honest the biggest problem I had was the app, I really struggled to get it to read the back of my drivers license. It caused me a significant delay.
