I reserved a moving truck and added 2 dollies to my order, but when we picked up the truck, neither dolly was inside. Because of that, we had to drive extra mileage to a separate local store to pick up an available dolly, which delayed our move and created extra stress since we had a limited loading dock window. The return process was also confusing. When we called customer service, we were told we needed to return the extra dolly to the location where we picked it up in order to avoid a wrong drop-off fee, while still returning the truck to the original/separate drop-off location. This meant additional driving, coordination, and confusion on an already stressful moving day. I understand that mistakes happen, but moving is already time-sensitive and stressful, and equipment that is reserved ahead of time should either be guaranteed in the truck or clearly communicated before pickup. The lack of communication and the complicated return instructions made the experience much more difficult than it needed to be. I would recommend better inventory checks, clearer communication at pickup, and a simpler process when reserved equipment is missing.

The only thing I was supposed to get a discount for going to a different location, but I also got overcharged on gas when they say, I didn’t fail which if you look at the gas, it was correct. Also, it was at a gas station that I picked up this truck one worker and I had to wait almost an hour to try to get a truck tablet was not working and it was just a complete mess. Terrible service.
EDGAR CI was asked to change my pickup location to this site for a discount, so I agreed. When I arrived, I was asked for a truck number, which I didn't have. Was told to look in the app. Had to download the app, and it kept giving me an error. I asked the gentleman if he could please pull it up with my reservation number. He huffed and then went into the back to get a tablet. After this, he was very nice but had to call another person for me to get the truck. He was obviously understaffed and stressed. When I returned the vehicle, I took a picture of the mileage/gas level,l and I had filled it up to the same mark. I showed him the pictures as he was too busy and couldn't leave the store to go check. When I got home, I received my invoice and was charged for both a gas service fee and a fill-up charge, which was as much as my total rental. Was not an ideal rental situation. The truck was fine and did its job.

MAGALIZ PThe owner of the location was extremely unhelpful. Then the truck had a hole in the ceiling and all tires were low in air. We asked if we could use another truck and the owner said no because he only had 15 foot trucks, rather than the 10 foot we were renting. We tried to put air in the tires but his machine only took quarters and we had no way to get quarters.

Vinicius SI am hoping for a 30 refund. 1st I was booked at Hillsboro Which I could walk too. I get a call 1 day before which required an uber $18 since I could have walked. I was charged $12 for a dolly that was not on the truck. I tried to tell the cashier after I was given the keys but he was busy and I was pressed for time. I would appreciate a credit of $30.
