Pick up and return were very frustrating. Location was changed twice after I made the reservation, further away from my destination each time. Then it was changed to a self-service pick up so I downloaded the app in preparation, but when I arrived it said 'equipment was not assigned' and I still had to call. The attendant did not understand that I had already checked in and couldn't communicate very well so I had to wait while he called someone else on speaker who then had to figure out how to login only to find that I had already done everything correctly and he just needed to hand me the key, which is exactly what the app said all along. The return process was similar, and the attendant couldn't tell which truck I had used, even though it was the only one used that day and there are matching numbers printed on the truck and key so I had to walk over and physically point to the truck for him, again even though I had already completed the check out process in the app.

Yall didnt have the additional stuff i ordered online other than the trolly but that was supplied by the store itself not uhaul.
Tyler MI was overcharged for the rental (1) day retail and charged for (2) days, truck was returned in under 24 hours, and charged for fuel after vehicle was returned with more fuel than at pick up
