Requested dolly and moving blankets were not provided as requested. Gas tank was empty upon pick up.

Robinson GThe gentlemen behind the counter was rude. 1) He was on the phone. 2) When I asked if I was at the right place to drop off the truck, he says, "Yes. just leave the key" and goes back to his conversation. I asked if he was going to check the truck or confirm the mileage and gas. And he says, "No, I'll take a picture and they will send you an email". And went back to his conversation. To avoid a verbal altercation, I walked away and purchased something for my son and another gentlemen that was with me. But I should have waited because on my way home, I get a charge for over mileage, which may be accurate AND a $26 gas fee. This upset me because the drop off is IN A GAS STATION. I filled the truck to the proper level BEFORE I went inside. But I was too far to go back and dispute it. Maybe you should have the workers look over the vehicle while the customer is there to avoid incidents like this. Pick up location was no problem
