I was disappointed. I used the vehicle to go a total of 7.5 miles round trip and was charged 67.00 for an advertising of 19.99 plus 1.99 per mile. This math isn't mathematical accurate. Disappointed

I would like to be offered to have the ohotos and checking out from the lot done by staff. I do not like having yo do self-service and learn what is required but would prefer uhaul to do it. Also clarity of how to handle tolls - ex Ez pass or other option would be helpful to be shared proactively.
Genevieve PI was overcharged for insurance without being explained of the pricing change. Also, I was charged for additional mileage, which was not explained. I will never use this service again, nor would I recommend this service.
BRITTANY MThis is the worse experience I have he’d with u-haul , the truck was in extremely poor condition and I will be calling the corporate office today. Calling credit card company and disputing charges. Totally poor equipment and and maintenance, shameful on u-haul to rent a vehicle like this.
