Staff did not know how to process dropping off my U-Haul and apologized as she had been out of work for 3 months and this was her first day back. I felt inclined to help her and spent the next 30 mins as she asked me to complete the check points that staff are required to do and at the end of it all was unable to submit it to U-Haul due to a passcode that she didn’t have on her. I was pressed for time and had to go so trusted that she would finalize the paperwork. However, days later U-Haul callled me because it was showing as never turned in on my side. I reconciled the situation and the haul rep Apologized and admitted that this was a common issue.
