I was billed for an appliance dolly that I did not receive. Office and U-Haul were notified and I still was billed. No refund in the 2 weeks. Check in was done online. Office would not give me the keys with talking to the boss on the phone. She took forever to figure out after I explained everything was complete and I just needed the keys. 30 to 45 minutes wasted.
