The location was NOT staffed and suffered technical issues due to being an online business. I spent an hour on the phone while they worked it out. And then getting the rental was 100% self serve. I won't be using an un-staffed location again.

Richard KThere was no help getting the trailer off of my vehicle. This location needs a trailer dolly. Owner was not present, we had to call her and complete the reservation on the phone. I will not use this location again!
