The person who received my truck has no idea how to process my return. He tried to call someone. At the time that I returned the truck, There was no documentation provided to me that I actually returned the truck. Only several hours later did I get an email that the truck was returned.
Kenny FI was billed for an appliance dolly that I did not receive. Office and U-Haul were notified and I still was billed. No refund in the 2 weeks. Check in was done online. Office would not give me the keys with talking to the boss on the phone. She took forever to figure out after I explained everything was complete and I just needed the keys. 30 to 45 minutes wasted.
