Stuart RThe location is convenient, excellent! The interior of the truck could’ve been a little cleaner. There was an annoying squeaking sound somewhere around the steering wheel. The brakes were very “squishy” which is a potential safety issue. All shared, the A/C was awesome! Anyhoos…UHaul is always easy and convenient so I’m grateful and was able to get everything done planned for the day.

EMMETT MThe ladies at Community Self Storage were ABSOLUTE life savers for us yesterday! They helped me with an 8’ truck that literally made our daughter’s move-in happen after the elevator went down for her 4th floor apartment (the only vehicle that would fit in her parking garage!). They took back my 15’ truck even though I was supposed to take back to another location. AND…they retrieved my daughter’s garage fob that I left in the truck. The customer service was off-the-charts wonderful!

Uchenna OCheck the truck before the next person. I had to thoroughly sweep, mop and disinfect the truck that was provided. The box was full of gravel and leaves. Cup holders had a sticky residue in it, the truck was also stated it was on full take but it actually was a little less. Lastly the tire pressure light was on and it left a very unsettling feeling throughout the move. But the after hour pick-up process is easy and great! I know the next person to receive the truck was happy I thoroughly cleaned it. The staff was great and helpful

Chuma OPassenger cabin was visibly dirty. Layer of dust on dash, steering column, floors dirty. Overall, vehicle performed above expectations. Gas mileage was surprisingly good.

I didn't plan enough time to return my truck and spoke to representatives at the location twice to prove an ETA. they were polite, respectful, and kept me informed. They also didn't charge me for being late because I didn't inconvenience the next customer.

Stephanie PThe truck only had 20 miles of range left in gas tank. That’s too low for comfort driving off the yard. Fortunately, there was a gas station just down the road. I suggest trucks have a minimum 1/4 tank or about 100 mile range when picked up.

Patrick BKeep explaining items the way the gentleman who walked me through the checkout process did. He made all the steps plain and clear. If I had one complaint it would be I could have used instruction on how to tie the dolly up to the railing. When I took off the first time having been stopped at a light because when they loaded it into the truck I assumed they would tie or lay it down. I stopped at the light and the hit the back of the truck cabin and I nearly had a heart attack. I pulled over the tied it to the rail to keep it from moving around again.

Trennessa SThe mobile pick up process should have been easier since I have rented these cargo vans before in my name, with my Drivers License etc.. The additional steps were fairly easy but it was early Saturday on a holiday weekend and you wanted to contact reference people. I have not had to do that when I rent in person - and I have an account with you from before this rental. The van was damaged on the roof above the sliding door and I did not realize the damage was causing the Door Ajar error message because there was also a ton of Styrofoam covering the back and the door sensor. The van was dirty (see Styrofoam and add salsa in the console). It took me an hour to pull away and the error message came back on and I had to call both Roadside assistance and customer service - NEVER GOT TO EITHER - and realized how to go around the problem myself.
Kimberley CMy experience was mediocre. Greeting from women with long white hair was less than pleasing. Said hello and asked a question but she completely ignored. It was Like she did not want to engage in any conversation. She was the same upon my return. Associates weren’t versed in what gas price charge would be or didn’t even try to up-sell you on a dolly. I’m used to having a dolly attached inside rental but luckily opened truck before leaving to find no dolly was inside to use. This location is not one I’d use again unless I had to.
