Vehicle was clean and ran well. Air conditioner was amazing and cooled great on this hot 95 degree day with high humidity. Staff was excellent and professional and very helpful. Overall, an awesome experience!

JANE WDid not have my truck or the add on so ordered had to find another location. Raj the agent didn’t give a shit. Very disappointed with U-Haul Had labors standing by on the clock and was an hour late because of no truck
WESLEY SI had reserved two furinture dollies and there were none to be had when I arrived. I understand shortage of equipment but something crucial to a move like a dolly should be notified to the customer head of time so they can prepare of make other arrangements.
