Alyssa CI will No Longer ever use UHaul. I rented 7 or 8 vehicles from the Port Jervis NY area since last October. The app SUCKS! The trucks are one worse then the next. Saturdays truck was scary. Accelerates at a red light on its own at 5000 rpms. Dangerous! Just DONE with the whole UHaul experience. Ordered a truck 3 weeks ago, 1 week prior to needing it, got to Js Mobil 3 hours away from home to find No Truck but a Sorry, we it was not returned yet. So sorry, screw me. Cannot wait to post the experience to social media. I was and Am so pissed i reached out to the CEO Ed Shoen

Sarah Fdirections to the uhaul drop box should be more noticeable so that people dont have to look for the box. i put my keys in the wrong box because there was a drop box that was close and visible to where i parked the rental. I saw the uhaul key drop box on my out of the location

MELVIN WI wanna say Joe who was working there was a great help . He loaded the trailer on to the hitch and took it off when I returned. I had the wrong size ball for the trailer and he told me where to go to buy one . Great experience with uhaul and there staff .

Paul Wthis would have been a 5 star review except autopay was not turned off when I gave notice we were leaving and I was charged for the month of July. I sent an email to the office on 7/2 when I saw the charge was made, no one ever responded to the email or called me. I called on 7/3 and was told "oh yes we got that it should have been reversed". Not seeing any credit to my account as of yet. Not happy at all

Steven Hyou charge me for 2 hours late extra $30 is not to gain more customers, but to charge me rate for weekend per mileage when I pick up the car Wednesday and I us it two days, Wed. and Thursday when normally you charge a lower rate, this is STEALING money from customers , and this is no good for business and for your name. That's the reason I put POOR for your service and sure no recomand to others .
Tudor SWe conducted a unassisted drop off. The signage at the location was very clear. We tried to do a dropoff using the Uhaul app but the app kept failing on the location screen. We dropped the keys and contract in the dropbox. We received a timely (within an hour) receipt of the drop-off which was comforting.
Shawn HNot much could be improved. Service was quick and easy. Agent was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Articulate , the agent was easy to understand and willing to answer all questions with a smile.
Kristine GI rented uhauls all month & never did I get the locations that I requested. the miles were longer. and the last bill was over $400 - it was the smallest truck that I ordered. something is not right. I wont recommend uhaul after the expenses that I have accumulated. maxed out my credit card had to utilize another one. the quote when I returned the last truck said $230 something - but my receipt & card have over $400 WHAT IS GOING ON? the last person I spoke with at uhaul didnt know what she was doing Ann. she kept being rude with me also, laughing at my accent, the words that I used, racist person
jennifer rPerson who was working did not know how to properly charge the initial rental and had to use a credit card I did not want to because he did not know where the CCID was on an American Express Card. Wasted almost a 1/2 hour on this. When we returned the truck, the person there was able to properly charge the correct card. Truck leaked during a rain storm and the merchandise we had in the truck got wet. Not Happy.

Bob DSelf-pick up lock was very tricky. I spent a good 20 minutes with it. Otherwise, everyhing was terrific.

Robert NHave a better way to uncouple this trailer. It didn't have a trailer jack on it. Luckily I was strong enough to lift it off myself.
Jason CMy order was messed up picking up a one-way rental, such that I had difficulty when returning at this location. This drop-off location should have accepted responsibility to resolve the problem internally, not ask that I return to the location and drive the trailer back to the originating location (about 100 miles away). As a customer, I have no recourse but to accept the word of the renting location that the rental is legitimate for drop-off at a different location.
