Clerk was inviting and helpful. Clean location. Only slight suggestion is to mark the office location slightly better with uhaul signage so it could be seen from truck parking area. Great convient location, THANK YOU!!

Jim M.I signed up for the mobile app way of pick up arms drop off. I would say that system is not very user friendly. I kept loosing connectivity during the pick up process.
darren M.the people at this location were good but the equipment the truck to be exact a pile of crap, loose steering, getting wet in the cab while driving a chip in the wind shield overall do not think this truck should be a rental for a 600 mile trip in town maybe ok but not even sure about that total piece of crap.
