I was a bit put off with your 8 tenths gas policy. What the hell is 8 tenths? Make it 3/4 or full. For crying out loud!!!
John LI had an easy, informed and quick experience dropping off my rented UHaul at Steele Street Community Self Storage. I called ahead and asked about after hour drop offs as their office closed at 4pm on Saturday. The staff I spoke to on the phone was incredibly friendly and informative and assured me of the entire drop off process using thier key box. It was a quick, easy drop and I felt confidant that the drop off was handled per the facilities requirements and would be received by staff when the office opened again as the help and guidance I received over the phone was so informative. First thing the following morning I received an email confirming the successful drop off and I appreciated the ease and reassurance of the process.
