you charge me for 2 hours late extra $30 is not to gain more customers, but to charge me rate for weekend per mileage when I pick up the car Wednesday and I us it two days, Wed. and Thursday when normally you charge a lower rate, this is STEALING money from customers , and this is no good for business and for your name. That's the reason I put POOR for your service and sure no recomand to others .

We conducted a unassisted drop off. The signage at the location was very clear. We tried to do a dropoff using the Uhaul app but the app kept failing on the location screen. We dropped the keys and contract in the dropbox. We received a timely (within an hour) receipt of the drop-off which was comforting.

Not much could be improved. Service was quick and easy. Agent was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Articulate , the agent was easy to understand and willing to answer all questions with a smile.

I rented uhauls all month & never did I get the locations that I requested. the miles were longer. and the last bill was over $400 - it was the smallest truck that I ordered. something is not right. I wont recommend uhaul after the expenses that I have accumulated. maxed out my credit card had to utilize another one. the quote when I returned the last truck said $230 something - but my receipt & card have over $400 WHAT IS GOING ON? the last person I spoke with at uhaul didnt know what she was doing Ann. she kept being rude with me also, laughing at my accent, the words that I used, racist person

Person who was working did not know how to properly charge the initial rental and had to use a credit card I did not want to because he did not know where the CCID was on an American Express Card. Wasted almost a 1/2 hour on this. When we returned the truck, the person there was able to properly charge the correct card. Truck leaked during a rain storm and the merchandise we had in the truck got wet. Not Happy.

Self-pick up lock was very tricky. I spent a good 20 minutes with it. Otherwise, everyhing was terrific.

The facility experience was good. The U-Haul app experience I downloaded was not so great. At the end it looked as though I was going to be charged more than double the estimated amount. Don’t expect to use the app again

One of the only storage companies I have dealt with that was not out to rip you off. Very straightforward information regarding the costs and no hidden upcharges after we moved our things in -- wish more facilities were like this one. Would definitely recommend!

Have a better way to uncouple this trailer. It didn't have a trailer jack on it. Luckily I was strong enough to lift it off myself.

My order was messed up picking up a one-way rental, such that I had difficulty when returning at this location. This drop-off location should have accepted responsibility to resolve the problem internally, not ask that I return to the location and drive the trailer back to the originating location (about 100 miles away). As a customer, I have no recourse but to accept the word of the renting location that the rental is legitimate for drop-off at a different location.

Not enough space is this box to voice my displeasure. A complaint was made. Looking to be reimbursed for charges that’s miraculously popped up.

Clerk was inviting and helpful. Clean location. Only slight suggestion is to mark the office location slightly better with uhaul signage so it could be seen from truck parking area. Great convient location, THANK YOU!!

I signed up for the mobile app way of pick up arms drop off. I would say that system is not very user friendly. I kept loosing connectivity during the pick up process.

the people at this location were good but the equipment the truck to be exact a pile of crap, loose steering, getting wet in the cab while driving a chip in the wind shield overall do not think this truck should be a rental for a 600 mile trip in town maybe ok but not even sure about that total piece of crap.

Dropped off in middle of day at noon and no one was there. Sign said to drop keys and contract. Did not like that no one was there for inspection if someone damaged trailer after I dropped it off

You couldnt have performed any worse if you had tried. Stay away from this location. The reservation was so screwed up. Had me returning a trailer at one location and 10 blankets at a location 20 miles away. I Had an online reservation that i made at less than $100. The guy somehow messed up the reservation and cost me $154. Spent 90 minutes at the drop off location on the phone trying to correct it. Is there a rating less than 0?

I reserved a 26’ truck for an out of state move which was replaced with a 20’ due to availability, which worked out perfectly for contents of my 2 bedroom house. The staff, Amber and Daniella, were so helpful and accommodating in all aspects preceding and during pick up of the truck, which was slightly complicated because I was not available to be present at pick up. 24/7 drop off was easy and convenient. Renting from this location made a stressful move a lot easier. I highly recommend this location for UHAUL rentals to anyone in the area.

I was told at the time I called that they had the truck I needed and it would be 19.99 for the day and that I had a certain amount of miles then after it wod be .89 cents there after. Well after all that I went on Saturday morning today and everything changed it was 20.00 for the day and it was now 1.39 a mile so Daniella the girl in the office apparently needs some more training on these details. Amber who I dealt with on Saturday was very nice and told that the info I was giving is your weekday rates. So need less to say I'm very pissed cause I didnt plan on paying over 300.00 dollars I dont think it's fair and beleive I should be compensated

The woman went out of her way to help me. Wonderful experience. Your website on the other hand is terrible, which is why she had to go out of her way to help me. The contract with Uhaul was all screwed up. It had the pick up and drop off locations wrong - very wrong. BTW, your website wasn't just bad this time. It has been bad (in various ways) every time I have used it. That said, the woman at the drop off location was great and the trailer worked perfectly.

If checking in on line, they ask you to photograph the odometer and the fuel gauge. But when you turn the key, the odometer pops up but it takes time for the fuel gauge to get up to full. By the time it does, the odometer goes out, so you can't photograph BOTH. Very frustrating.

When I arrived to this location for a drop off, it was not confirmed as I had not called ahead. The lady on duty, Monique, went out of her way to help me, explained what needed to be done and even talked to a U-Haul agent.
