The pick up location changed the night before we needed it, caused a bit of hassle then we dropped off at location (one wat trip) at 2:00. Drove 3 hours home in our car to receive a txt drop off location changed. I had to call and tell uhaul keys in drop box 3 hours ago no way were we able to do that. Not to mention the drop off would have required us driving it 2 hours on our way home racking up all those extra miles.
