Location needs to improve its communication. I contacted location to let them know I will be an hour - 2 over time to return truck at 9 am. The rep told me it was okay, no charges and I can return before 5. 30 mins after my return time, I received a call questioning the return status of the uhaul. I advised that I spoke to a rep already who said it was okay to keep a little apparently this wasn’t related. Luckily we were finishing my final load and I return within 30 mins of the call. When I got to the location the rep stated they would put a correction in the system that I retuned uhaul on time to avoid additional fees and of course that never happened. $204 for a 10 foot rental for 25 hours is insane. I will never be using uhaul again.
ALISA SWhen I returned the truck, I saw the note that I would be charged for gasoline. it gave me the option for accepting or comment on the charge, which I did. But next day I saw a charge in credit card and received an email from UHauld stating that I was charged 4 galons of gasoline $16.... I didnt use 4galons of gasoline, I drove the truck only approx 9 miles!!!

ANN TThey have charged me 3 days while I only used it for 2. I returned it at 12:49 and they have checked it at 1:35 and because the reservation was at 1:15 they charged me extra day for it!! So unfair sorry not problem if they checked it out after almost an hour. Also the customer service was so poor. I want a refund for the extra day I was charged
abdel kWe were shorted on gas - I should not be charged $50. We were given less than half a tank of gas and returned it that way — we were NOT given a full tank of gas. Please refund this charge.

MARIA RI was charged extra. I paid in advance for the mileage that I didn’t even drove yet and once I returned the truck, I even went spoke to the agent first and she reminded me about the gas, and I went to the gas station and fill it up and she told me which short of stuff she was the only one there was nobody there anyway, and there was like an hour left to close. I told her I need to finalize the eyes them or the receipt. No, she will do it tomorrow and I got blocked so I end up paying an extra $19 plus $1.50 for the gas in which I already filled it up. Return it as it was there’s a bad service.
MOHAMED BMy reservation said the Office would be open at 9:00. The sign on the door said it opened at 9:30. The Office manager showed up at 9:00 but would not help me until 9:30. Is what it is.

Jerome MThe U-Haul was very dirty and dingy. Back was not cleaned, cabin was disgusting. Left side mirror would not stay set so was constantly rolling down the window and re-adjusting.
Blair JProcess was slow because only one computer was working to process rentals - but the employees were nice and helpful.
MOHAN TRe: Contract# 92879858 : All three colleagues: Stephen on Friday and Craig & Mary on Saturday: Awesome! If anyone doubts that quality dedicated customer service is gone, send them to 5611 S. Rice Ave! Our family always tries to be good customers, but there was four of us, and we were out of sync on Saturday. Craig and Mary were patient, persevering and articulate, bringing us all back on track. If I were a senior manager, I would go to all lengths to keep these three on my payroll... Thanks guys! Yuntao FThe UHUAL truck give to me was flimsy. I felt it was very wobbly while driving maybe needs an alignment adjustment or something.
sankalp mThe truck had the stench of dead rodent and was barely tolerable to have the windows up for the 160 mile trip. In addition the A/C would intermittently come on and of during the trip.

Michael GMust be transparent with customers by explaining potential fees, we were never told that the panning that we paid for needed to be returned, folded, and for that we were charged at $25 cleaning fee contacted the location several times, and every time I was promised to be called back, but I never received a phone call back, so I finally called requested to speak to the manager Name Susan, the employee told me that she already made up her mind that she wasn’t going to refund that $25 cleaning fee that were charged knowing that we were never told about it, the same way we were told about other potential fees that could be charged, such as gas and mileage fees, that we were told by the Mail employee that rang us up originally which he himself became super rude when he finally answered our phone calls and refused to let me finish a sentence
