I rented a U-Haul truck and arrived shortly after they opened. The inside of the truck was extremely dirty and nasty. I didn’t even feel comfortable setting my purse down inside. I took pictures and sent them to customer service, but I still haven’t received any response, refund, or resolution. The truck should have been cleaned and ready for the next customer. Very disappointing experience.
