This location charged me for an extra day and then they fixed it and blamed it on new hires, instead of the manager taking accountability. Where does the buck stop? With the new hires apparently. I was on the phone with a gentleman and "Mary" blurted out in the background and then got on the phone as if she were at home. She didn't introduce herself, just took the phone and started talking. They charged me an extra day and overcharged me for fuel. Why does Uhaul need to overcharge me? You have much more money than I do. But it was your proxy at Community Storage perhaps doing your bidding, Make it right. Correct the fuel charge because its right, eliminate the fuel service charge, as a positive gesture.
