The ladies in the storefront were great and efficient. Very nice and helpful. The truck was ready when I got there and very easy after a long day of moving day on the return. I the place is very clean also! Thank you.

Great experience with U-Haul! The truck was new, clean, and had a backup camera. Everything worked perfectly. I am very satisfied with the rental and would definitely recommend U-Haul to others.
Andrii BI did not have a drop off location pre set. Then after I had already recieved my uhaul I got a notification that it was set to drop off at a location far from where we were going. I checked the app and found a closer location to drop it off. Upon arrival I was trying to explain what I was doing and was immediatly interrupted, yelled at that they did not have any room to take it and I needed to find somwhere else to take it. I was saying I understand but could they help me find a closer one that would take it( I was not familiar with the area) but he kept yelling over me that no no no I needed to go somewhere else. A women came over and asked what was going on I told her and she proceeded to follow his suit. I finally had to raise my voice and tell them "look I got it I understand I can not leave it here I will figure it out" . I called my huband who was in the parking lot waiting to see where to put it and told him we had to find somewhere else to go. He said no and went inside. He just told them he needed to drop off, where he was leaving it and THEY ACCEPTED IT. They were still rude in general but did not say a word to him and took the keys. So what I gathered is they think they can get away with raising their voices and biting off a woman's head but no better than to try to do it to a man. What should have been a 5 minute interaction turned into an uneccesary 25 minute interaction.
