My passenger back wheel was making a hissing sound like it was deflating or malfunctioning as I’m half full of my storage boxes at another location. I had to unload everything and take the truck back. I was scared to drive it but I was close enough and the wheel didn’t show signs of deflating yet. Once I got there they informed me of the gas charge. I was so worried about it going flat or malfunctioning to worry about gas and I was happy to take another truck and put More gas in that one. They didn’t even offer that. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Just terrible customer service. Will never recommend or go there again.

XAVIER BThe graph they gave me on gas tank level was too high so I took a pic and showed them. When I returned I took another showing it matched. They scammed me out of 2 gallons. Not a big deal but I called and left a message saying I'm not paying that so please call me. Of course they didn't. Current management, in general, is NOT friendly. I've had storage there for over 4 1/2 years. They could care less.
