The staff at Uhaul were great, but a better job could be done in making sure customers know the afterhours drop off procedures. You also need a back up plan for Move Help. The person contracted for us, cancelled at the last minute leaving us stuck with having to move heavy items by ourselves. Job #: JB-474F6E21 the person emailed us with no phone call to let us know that he had a family emergency! Will never recommend anyone use that service!!Patrick B.
Rotors are warped on vehicle. The truck I was supposed to used was never returned so I had to wait an hour for the next available. Getting charged more per mile for it and it is bigger than I needed so the fuel was also more. Was supposed to be charged for what I originally reserved. Now you are not only charging me more money for what i didn't ask for, after waiting an hour mind you. But also I bet you're charging the other person extra for showing up late. I get screwed and you make more money....Juan F.

I assume the Saturday Manager's name is Mary. I arrived at 7:55 a.m. and was 2nd inline for check-in. Unfortunately, the office was closed: Mary had taken another customer who was stranded to the customer's home. As a result, over six other customers were concerned that the office was not opening. I left to go to Taylor-Telegraph u-haul as I needed a pickup-truck. Mary did return and later I did return and check out the pickup-truck. I suggested to Mary that she write a note stating why she was gone and when she would return, which she rejected as "all my customers know me" implying patience.Phillip B.

Make checking in your rental easier. Your website failed twice while in the middle of attempting to check-in then truck. Other than that, everyone at the location was nice and helpful.Mikel T.

It took almost an hour to get my truck in Michigan (only one person ahead of me when I walked in). I even requested the self check in service so I didn't have to bother the rep from the location (she was very nice btw). That service was not working. The truck was not clean and ran like garbage. Overall, not real thrilled with my experience with Uhaul.Nicholas D.

Mobile/web pickup and drop off was a nightmare. Took 43 min to pick up due to location not found on web. Downloaded app and was able to complete puckup. Drop off app wouldn't upload photo. Had to call 1-800 number, rep walked me thru setting on my photo to correct location issue. Over 1 hr spent trying to use mobile/web. :-(HABURA J.

The Lincoln Park location didn't have my reservation and they never called to say they didn't have the truck. The Allen Park location forgot my dolly. This was the second time that this location forgot my dolly. I had to drive to the Taylor UHaul to get a dolly. The U-Haul representative said Allen Park location should reimburse me for the dolly that I had to pay for at Taylor. We will see!!Jason S.

I scheduled a pick up at 8:00 am, the worker did not show up to even open the location until after 8:30 am. The truck bed had transmission fluid all over the floor in it and it got on my furniture and ultimately was transferred to my new carpeting in my new home. Not a happy customer.DEIDRE JOY B.

Vehicles are to be returned with same amount of gas ... my truck was almost on empty. They should be full. Also, I have to pay for the rental, the mileage and the gas. I'd rather have a small gas fee, so much work when I was rushing to get it back in time.ANNE-MARIE P.

How can I get a copy of the drop off picks of the trailer in Allen Park, MI.Gregory Z.
Rented a open trailer with a drop down ramp. Trailer had debris in it. The pins to remove so the gate would tilt down had to be removed with a hammer. I was very concerned about taking this trailer on the highway because the tires were almost bald. I was going on a 320 mile one way trip. I brought this to the attention of the rental location and they said this is the only one we have. Great maintenance-haul. How about a rebate?ALBERT F.

There are many issues that still have to be resolved. Quoted price them charged over double quoted price with out consent. There's a long listJames R.
We are very upset, the pin was missing from the trailer... didn't notice it until we tried loading up the side by side we just bought. Because of this issue we were not able to make it back in time and got charged for a second day. I tried calling customer service as it was happening, sat on hold for 20 plus minutes before being hung up on. Tried contacting someone through the live chat and no one ever responded. We have had such poor service. I just can't believe you guys actually charged us for a second day when we could have lost our brand new side by side and or killed someone on the freeway had the trailer released.JOSHUA AARON B.
