I only put 4 stars coz they don't have their office (only sharing with a car shop temporarily) but the customer service was excellent-- easy transaction. Received the truck clean and in good condition. I will go back if I have to rent a truck again.

The truck we had was noisy because of the driver side door frame was tweaked a little which didn't give you a good seal around the window. Didn't notice it until we were on the highway, city driving was ok. It was annoying at the least.
