This was probably one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The woman at the location was wonderful and so willing to help. We will definitely go back again in the future for our rental needs.

I brought back the van 25 mins into the next day and was charged for a full day, also the mileage was not correct, I was charged extra mileage I offered the location to pay any difference with cash or a different CC and was told they can not do that! I know this is 100% incorrect!
Allan JThe van had a check engine light on, so we had no idea the milage. The AC was not working effectively. The van was dirty inside and out. The location is convenient and everyone that works there is very nice. We did a mobile pick up and we're not able to address the issues because we were on a time crunch.

I couldn't pick my truck up at 6 am because the U haul representative never called the day before to confirm pick up or give any instructions. I had to reach out to live chat on U haul app in order for them to unlock my rental. Definitely will never use u haul again.

You can see that it had happened before cause there was chalk across from where it was leaking. Contacted who I needed to and haven't heard back. Not sure I will use uhaul again

Betty SWhile the truck itself was in pretty good shape, once we started packing it (to clean out a storage shed and transport to our new house) we found it had roaches in it. Big ones and babies. But, we were on a time-clock and needed to get things cleared out of the storage shed to avoid paying a new months rent. So we finished loading it and actually had to bug bomb it to ensure we didn't put roaches into our NEWLY-BUILT home. We have had at least 5-6 rentals from U-Haul in the last year and this has been the only one with bug problems.
Juan CI was over charged & not offered all safe trips Just $30 insurance to cover truck. I’m waiting for the reimbursement of my $$. Location & trip meters on app wasn’t working. Had to call customer service & also tech app support.
Patti KThe check in process absolutely stinks! Took forever for the app to finally load & work. And $20 for CSR to check in night drops is absurd. I guess U haul is looking to automate service to cancel out employees. Definitely NOT more efficient.

JOHN BYou need to improve your backup systems for when a truck is not available. My move was put in serious jeopardy because there were no trucks available even though I had one reserved. I ended up having to travel 45 minutes away when I thought it was going to be right down the street, AND it took me considerable effort through two agents to find it. The first agent seemed entirely careless about my issue and said the earliest they'd have a truck was 230pm THE NEXT DAY, but the second agent looked everywhere to find me a truck and was successful. Incredibly stressful and endangered my whole move. Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere next time.

CAROL MSweep the area near unit for piercing objects. I pick up all the time when I AM THERE AS RECEIVED FLAT TIRE ONCE AFTER LEAVING THERE. USED MY AAA MEMBERSHIP TO CHANGE TO SPEAR. I HAVE 4 STORAGE UNITS THERE AND THERE DAILY, WEEKLY DEPENDING Want to let you know the two gals THERE are great . Have helped to lift doors and oil theme to help open. I must say in renting uhaul, you need to change the lock AS very very difficult to lock up when using more than one day.
Juliette PI rented a 15 ft box truck for a local move. There was a dolly in the truck held in place with a bracket. I moved the dolly while loading. I was charge $7.00 for the dolly. I was never told there was a fee if I moved the dolly and I never requested a dolly. I think this a deceptive way to get an extra $7.00 dollars out of a customer.
RICHARD HThe truck was clean: maintained but the stated fuel level was incorrect. The actual fuel level was less than 1/2, but was input as 1/2 tank?
WILLIAM SThe general manager gave us wrong information. To long of a story but she over charged us by $100 and when i called to complain they just said they would forward the message but couldn't reimburse me the $100. Very disappointed and upset. I have a storage unit there that i will be moving to another location.

EDWIN MI marked "yes" to clean and well maintained, but I will say the truck was not swept out when I took possession. No worries though as I used my blower and cleaned it out in a less than a minute. Other than that there was nothing wrong.
Virginia TClean equipment ? Yes. Well maintained ? I don't know... The only concern I had was the vehicle had a pull to the right. It may need servicing.
